I was born and grew up in Richmond, but I have lived in Hampton Roads for the last 21 years.
I work out regularly and like to go for long power walks either in my neighborhood or on a treadmill.
My favorite colors are blue and yellow.
I like to travel but I haven't really been anywhere lately. When I was younger I bummed around Europe and hitchiked across the country. A friend of mine and I backpacked across the Sierra Nevadas in California. . .
I love all types of music...jazz, classical, rock, blues, accoustic, techno, reggae.... you name it.
I love seafood.
My career is in Television but my first love was Radio. I worked full time in radio when I came out of college at an album oriented rock station in Richmond.
What I like most about radio is the mixing of music. I could easily sit all day with a library of different types of music and put it all together into long sets, stopping only to eat.
Other hobbies include writing and photography.
